Last updated: 3 May 2026
The ARBCLUB Monthly Prize Draw (the "Draw") is a trade promotion run by ARBCLUB (the "Promoter"). Entry into the Draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
No purchase necessary. A free entry method is available — see section 4 below.
1. Promoter
ARBCLUB. Contact: hello@arbclub.com.au or via the contact page.
2. Eligibility
- Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
- Employees of the Promoter, contractors directly involved in the conduct of the Draw, any affiliate partner or prize supplier (if any) for the relevant month, and their immediate families are not eligible.
- One person, one set of entries per draw period. Duplicate accounts and automated entries are void.
3. Draw period
Each Draw runs for a calendar month, opening at 12:01am AEST on the 1st and closing at 11:59pm AEST on the last day of that month. Entries received after close go into the following month.
4. How to enter
Member entries (paid)
Members earn entries by completing actions inside the Service during the Draw period:
- Sapling tier — 1 entry per month at 1× multiplier.
- Trunk tier — 2 entries per qualifying action, capped at 10 entries per month.
- Canopy tier — 5 entries per qualifying action, no monthly cap.
"Qualifying actions" are listed in the rewards page and may include completing a lesson, posting in a chat room, logging in on consecutive days, referring a new member, and other activities the Promoter notifies in writing.
Free entry (no purchase required)
Anyone eligible can submit one (1) free entry per Draw period by sending a clearly hand-written postcard to:
ARBCLUB Monthly Draw Free Entry
(address available on request — email hello@arbclub.com.au)
The postcard must include: full name, email address, residential address, contact phone number, the words "Free Entry — [Month YYYY]", and your date of birth (for age verification only). Postcards must be received before the Draw close time. Photocopies, automated entries and bulk-mailed entries will be disqualified. Each free entry counts as 1 entry at 1× multiplier.
5. Prize
One (1) prize is awarded each month. The current month's prize, its description and approximate retail value are displayed on the rewards page. The Promoter publishes the prize schedule for the next three months in advance; from month four onwards, the prize for each month will be selected by member vote and published on the rewards page at least 7 days before that month begins.
Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not exchangeable except where the Promoter agrees in writing. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value, subject to any required permit conditions.
6. Draw process
The Draw will take place within seven (7) days of the close of the relevant month, by random electronic draw from all valid entries. The draw will be conducted at the Promoter's premises (or remotely by an authorised representative) and witnessed by an independent person. The Promoter will document the draw and retain records as required by applicable trade-promotion permits.
7. Winner notification
The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the Draw, with the announcement also made in the #general-bs chat room and on the rewards page (first name + first letter of surname only, e.g. "Sam D."). The winner must respond within 14 days to claim the prize and provide a delivery address within Australia.
8. Unclaimed prizes
If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 14 days, or is found to be ineligible, a redraw will be conducted within a further seven (7) days, subject to any directions of the relevant permit-issuing authority.
9. Delivery
Prizes will be sent within Australia by tracked courier, free of charge to the winner. Delivery within metropolitan areas is typically 3–7 business days; remote and regional delivery may take longer. Risk in the prize passes to the winner on delivery.
10. Publicity
By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the Promoter publishing their first name and surname initial, suburb, state and a brief description of how they entered, in connection with promoting the Draw and ARBCLUB. The winner may decline to provide a photograph or any further personal details.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected for the Draw is handled in accordance with the ARBCLUB Privacy Policy. Entry details are used only to run the Draw, contact winners, and meet permit reporting obligations.
12. Trade-promotion permits
Where the prize value or jurisdiction requires, this promotion is conducted under the relevant State or Territory trade-promotion permits. Permit numbers (where issued) will be displayed on the rewards page once granted, and on physical Draw materials as required. The promotion is conducted in accordance with the trade-promotion legislation of:
- New South Wales — Community Gaming Regulation 2020;
- Australian Capital Territory — Lotteries Act 1964;
- South Australia — Lottery and Gaming Act 1936;
- and the equivalent legislation in other Australian States and Territories.
If a permit is not held for a particular State or Territory, residents of that State or Territory may not be eligible for that month's Draw, and the Promoter will note that exclusion on the rewards page.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliate partners and prize suppliers are not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered as a result of entering the Draw, accepting a prize, or using a prize. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. General
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms.
- The Promoter may modify these Terms or the prize schedule where required by law or for reasons outside its reasonable control, with notice on the rewards page.
- The Promoter's decision is final on all matters relating to the Draw, subject to any directions of the relevant permit authority.
- If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder remain in force.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
